The Athleta Presents Gold Over America Tour is an exhilarating display of jaw-dropping athleticism and high-energy choreography with an inspirational message of hope, strength, resilience, and determination. Led by Biles, the most decorated gymnast of all time, the Athleta Presents Gold Over America Tour—or GOAT, its sublime acronym—will have audiences on the edge of their seat with every tumble, twist and gravity-defying trick.

Q: What is included with the VIP package or upgrade that I purchased?

A: VIP packages include some of the best seats in the house, as well as collection of VIP merchandise, priority check-in & separate VIP entrance, and a dedicated ‘fast lane’ merchandise shopping opportunity. The VIP upgrade offers will grant you access to unforgettable VIP experiences with the Gold Over America athletes, such as an invitation to the 'Chalk Talk' conversation and Q&A, group photograph with Simone Biles and members of Gold Over America Tour, and an opportunity to dance and perform in the epic on-stage finale!

It is important to remember that, while VIP packages include event tickets, VIP upgrades do not include event tickets; and a separate event ticket must be purchased with your VIP upgrade in order to enter the venue and attend VIP activities. Q: What if I purchased a VIP package or upgrade as a gift?

A: Please note that all packages/upgrades and associated contents are non-transferable. Ticketing systems recognize and provide event staff with contact information of the original purchaser. However, we do understand that VIP experiences may have been gifted to friends and family. If the original purchaser will not be in attendance for VIP activities or merchandise collection, please be sure that the attendee(s) have a copy of the original purchaser’s photo ID for check-in.


Q: If my child wants to participate in the VIP upgrade activities, do I (the parent) need to purchase an upgrade or can I chaperone?

A: We understand that children may be attending or participating in VIP upgrade activities in the venue before the show. Parents/chaperones that will not be participating in VIP activities will not be required to purchase a separate upgrade for the purpose of supervising their children. The tour will permit one (1) chaperone per party to attend VIP upgrade activities free of charge. The request for a complimentary chaperone pass can be made on event day during VIP check-in. Advance notice is not required. Event staff reserves the right to deny venue entry for any chaperone pass request.

While chaperone passes can be used for access to VIP preshow activities, parents / chaperones must have their own event ticket in order to enter the venue for activities. Additionally, chaperone passes do not include a reserved seated ticket. If you need to sit near your children during the show, please plan to purchase event tickets or VIP packages (as these offers include reserved seats) alongside your children.



VIP MERCHANDISE:

Q: When will I receive my VIP merchandise?

A: VIP merchandise will be distributed to VIP package purchasers on show day. An email containing merchandise collection details will be emailed to the original package purchaser about one week before your show date. VIP merchandise will not be shipped to package purchasers – no exceptions.  


Q: What is included with my VIP merchandise?

A: VIP Packages include a custom tour pack with a special collection of Gold Over America Tour VIP merchandise created exclusively for package purchasers. These products will not include size-specific apparel, nor will these products be available for purchase at the event’s merchandise booth.


GOLD SQUAD ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE

Q: When should I plan to arrive for the Gold Squad Ultimate experience?

A: Gold Squad Ultimate upgrade purchasers will be required to attend dance finale afternoon rehearsal, which may begin as early as three or four hours before the show, in order to learn choreography and day-of-show protocols. These details will be emailed to you no later than one week before your show date to ensure you can plan accordingly.


Q: Is there an age limitation for participation in the Gold Squad Ultimate Experience.

A: Yes, the Gold Squad Ultimate Upgrade, specifically participation in the show’s finale, is limited to ages 7 – 25.


Q: What should my child wear for the Gold Over America Tour finale performance?

A: Gold Squad participants should wear closed-toed, athletic footwear (e.g. sneakers, tennis shoes, etc.) and comfortable (athletic-type) clothing. Dress shoes, high heels (etc.) are not permitted. Leotards are permitted, but we highly recommend that you bring additional layers of clothing, as the venue will be air-conditioned. All Gold Squad members are encouraged to wear GOLD!

A: Details about your VIP package or VIP upgrade offer will be emailed to the original purchaser about seven days before your show date. That email should detail any information you’ll need to know for your event day. If you have any clarifying questions after receiving that information, you’re welcome to reply to the email with your questions.
