Trinity Thomas is one of the most decorated gymnasts in NCAA history. She is known for her exceptional performances, groundbreaking accomplishments, and leadership on and off the floor. Truly a one of a kind standout at the University of Florida, Trinity's collegiate career speaks for itself, and her legacy shines far beyond her gymnastics performances.

Trinity graduated cum laude in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology - Fitness Wellness. In May of 2023, following her 5th year on the Gators Gymnastics Team, Trinity graduated with a master's in Health Education & Behavior. In May of 2024, she graduated with a master's in Entrepreneurship while serving as the Student-Assistant Coach for the Gators Gymnastics Team and making an elite gymnastics comeback.

Prior to competing for the University of Florida, Trinity was a four-time US National Team Member. She helped Team USA win a team gold at the 2017 Jesolo Trophy Competition in Jesolo, Italy and again in 2018 at the Pan American Championships in Lima, Peru. Trinity went on to become the All- Around silver medalist at the 2018 World Cup event in Tokyo, Japan. Trinity continued her elite journey through the first two years of her collegiate career.

Following Trinity's collegiate career she made an elite gymnastics comeback that led her all the way to the 2024 US Championships. She also went to the Olympics Trials with USAG for public relations and to support the athletes, many of them her friends, that were competing.

From a young age, Trinity has been passionate about giving back to her community. She has volunteered her time to assist athletes of all ages in the Special Olympics, visited children in hospitals, donated shoes to children in need during the holidays, and much more. Trinity particularly enjoys working with the next generation. She has worked dozens of camps and clinics. She loves to mentor, motivate, and inspire people with her athletic story.

There are countless characteristics that make Trinity Thomas special. Things that don't show up on the scoreboards or in the record books; like what people feel in their hearts when she smiles and takes the time to make someone’s day better. Trinity always aims to leave a legacy of love and integrity. To inspire those around her to achieve their dreams.
